1. He was arrested by Federal Agents, not Police.
2. He did not smoke at the event.
3. When arrested, he was merely speaking.
4. He is being charged with “resisting arrest,” which happens during the act of arrest, so what was he arrested for in the first place?

i was thinking about that at work today

i wonder if he left any instructions with someone in the event he’s being held by the State when the march on D.C. is supposed to happen and he’s not available to reach those interested in participating
